Due to participants\' main focus of experiences and interest, cultural diversity was explored basically in the view of immigration and cultural integration. Participants are now refining intercultural aspects in their daily work, and they think of initiating a learning partnership between their institutions in the framework of the European Union\\\'s Lifelong Learning Programme.
